Ironshield Capital Management has launched the Ironshield Credit Opportunities Fund, a closed-end vehicle designed to capture opportunities across private credit and illiquid public credit markets. The fund focuses on situations where financing needs, capital structure transitions and market dislocations create compelling entry points.
